Well now here are some way to make a real powerful green smoothie which will have like phytonutrients and protein plus vitamins and also minerals to keep you real bright eyed and full of energy so what im going to do is to give you a mix of what veggies go with what fruit for a real great tasting smoothie ok first we have kale now as we all know we should be eating more kale and by blending it you can reap the benefits more readily which is great for your heart and lungs and also your immune system,and kale has a strong like semi bitter flavor now if you are new to eating kale you may want to use mellower baby kale it we be milder to the taste,now kale is good to mix in the blender with like bananas or mangoes and some raw honey is good too,but here is a real good smoothie to use with kale first we need 1\2 cup of frozen kale then add 1 banana cut up then add 1tablespoo of cacao powder then add about 7-8 raw almonds then add 1cup of almond milk then add 1tablespoon of raw honey then just blend all together and add more almond milk if needed try this very good and also very high in protein too.
