Resistance bands use
Well being we talking about resistance bands and there use,more and more pro teams are using resistance bands like baseball,hockey and football,and nba.plus resistance bands are what mma fighters use also,and more conditioning coaches are putting focus on resistance bands and that they help with being more flexible.Thats why people in martial arts use resistance bands they need to be very flexible.plus now the military are using also resistance bands,even the navy seals.
