Well here are some more spices and herbs the first one is Cilantro and one big benefit of Cilantro is its ability to help rid the body of toxicity from heavy metals what happens here is that Cilantro acts like a natural way to cleanse the body plus can help keep you calm and help with your sleep.Then we have Parsley which we have talked about before and the benefits of Parsley is the amount of vitaminK and vitaminC plus parsley can also help with your heart health because it has vitaminB which aids your cardiovascular system.So as you can see this is just a few but there are so many great spices and herbs that can help your health.
