Prostate is the gland of men reproductive system directly under the bladder infront of the rectum, its an exocrine gland that whose secretion outside the body e.g..(prodtate gland/ sweat glands) prostate can approx. the size of a walnut.

There’s a thousands of small glands in the prostate that produce fluif forms semen. The fliud produce by prostate protects and nourishes the sperms.

Prostate cancer is a very slow progressing disease. Cancer cells would have moved into other parts of the prostate… most doctors described these prostate gland cells change to low-grade, high grade is abnormal while low grade is below normal..

There are some signs and synptoms of prostate cancer, and the symptoms one or more of the following..

urinates more often
hard to start urinating
maybe blood in urine
urination might be painful
ejaculation maube painful
maintaining an erection maybe difficult.

If prostate cancer is advanced the following symptoms below maybe possible.

pain in the pelvis,ribs often in the spine
proximal part of the femur maybe painful
Leg weakness
fecal incontinence

STD(sexually transmitted disease) a man who have gonorrhea has a higher risk of developing a prostate cancer.
AGE - this the primary risk factor if a man is old he has a higher risk of prostate cancer compared to men under the age of 40.
