Under a joint Thai/Israeli scheme that sent thousands of Thai workers to Israel for cheap labor. Where workers have been subjected to horrendous living conditions. Dangerous exposure to toxic pesticides and chemicals banned in other countries. These conditions have killed 170 of them so far.
