The principle of internal modification of the continuity of vegetable metabolism is shown at a comfortable temperature, suitable humidity, and control of carbon dioxide and the use of oxygen in the vegetable environment is located. "Once stored for a week, the vegetables remain fresh to the distribution to consumers, just as new vegetables are harvested," he said.
