You are welcome. Through the use of compost tea it is possible to increase the capacity of crops to protect themselves by helping them reach their genetic potential - I have seen amazing results with this.. So that's pesticides covered. Alternatives for Herbicides is an interesting topic, thanks for the link. One option is a living mulch - so that there is no space for weeds to grow and instead we have an extra crop like strawberries, taking up the space.
