So friends summer is beginning and the slowly slowly we feeling hot atmosphere. And You Know Water Is Recommended For Every Living Thing like human and animal. 

Without Eating You can stay for some days but without water? It is not possible to stay so Here I have post for you for this hot summer of 2018. So Read This Post Till End.

Why It Is Recommended To Drink More Water?


So folks i am not saying that drink 10 liter water at once. You need to drink little water every short time. Here I have some points for you that you can easily understand to drinking water. 

  • For Better digest System Frequently Drunk Water is suitable and it is helpful for digest food.
  • If You suffering from dizziness the it is highly recommended to drink water frequently.
  • It will clean your trash of body by urine and sweat. 
  • If you drink enough water frequently then your skin To be shiny. Girls Should Follow It for beauty.
  • It is The amazing remedy for every type Skin Diseases. 

Also there are lots of more small and big benefits of water so you do not need to ignore water and i think you need to drink at least 8 liter water everyday. 


When You do not need to drink water? 


Friends every thing is have a good time to do. water is also harmful if you drink it on this time. So when you do not need to drink water? Just see below: 

  • You do not need to eat Immediately after eating because drinking water Immediately after eating it will be the reason of gas and acidity.
  • When you come from Hot atmosphere then do not drink water immediately, Stay for 10 minute and feel comfortable, Then drink water. 
  • Do Not Drink Water standing. First sit and then drink water. Standing Water Is Harmful.
  • Drinking More hot or more cool water is also harmful, So you need to drink lukewarm water if possible.
