Fruits and vegetables orange (orange) and yellow are usually good in our eyes, skin, lungs and immune system. Here are some examples:

  1. Carrots - According to experts, carrots can help our eyes, skin and anti-cancer as well as its vitamins A, C and E. According to some tests, carotene reduces the chance of cancer. It also stimulates the skin and decreases our wrinkles. Additionally, it also affects only about half a carrot of about 35 calories. So let's teach our children to eat carrots.

  5. Papaya - Like other orange dishes, papaya has a beta-carotene and vitamin C. In that sense, it is beneficial to our skin and immune system. Papaya contains papain, an enzyme that helps digest our diet. For people who pray, the papaya softens the dirt. It is also good for adults to normalize their pollution.
    Other healthy orange and yellow foods are mango, corn and pumpkin.
