According to a new research I read, air pollution is being associated in developing diabetes. It’s believed that pollution can hinder the normal production of our body’s insulin which is critical in maintaining a good health.

We are exposed in a world, where no one is exempted to pollution - air and water pollution. Pollution is almost impossible to avoid and we cannot hide from this awful reality. Thus, we have to be very cautious to have a healthy body. It will take a lot of effort though. Children with parents, who have diabetes, are more prone to the chronic disease. It’s not just enough to have to a good diet and a healthy lifestyle, choosing the air we breathe is a must now. Can we?
