Bakit Mahalaga ang Ehersisyo Para sa Akin | Why Exercise is Important for Me

Mahalaga ang ehersisyo para sa lahat. Sa mga katulad kong "flight attendand" ito ay may mga mas natatanging benepisyo.

Exercise is good for everyone. For flight attendants like myself however, exercise have more specific health benefits.

  • Ayon sa mga pagaaral ang matagalang pagupo ay nagpapataas ng panganib ng pagbabara sa mga daluyan ng dugo, sakit sa puso, at mabagal na metabolismo. Mahalaga na mapanatiling balingkinitan ang aming pangangatawan, at ang mabagal na metabolismo ay nagdudulot ng biglaang pagtaas ng timbang.

According to studies long periods of sitting increases the risk of heart diseases, cloth, and slower metabolism. It is important to maintain both our health and figure as flight attendant, and slow metabolism can cause sudden increase in weight.

  • Ang malakas na pangangatawan ay nagpapabuti ng natural na panglaban sa sakit. Kami ay bantad sa mas maraming mikrobyo sa pakikisalamuha sa maraming tao na galing sa iba't ibang parte ng mundo. Ang mga taong ito ay maaaring may dala ng sakit at mikrobyo.

We are exposed to potential carries of illnesses that may be contagious on a regular basis. A strong and healthy body increases the immune system to figth germs and viruses.

  • Ang ehersisyo ay mabuting pantulong sa natural sa kakayanan ng katawan na iangkop ang sarili sa magkakaibang panahon at temperatura. Bilang "flight attendant" kami ay nabantad sa paibaibang panahon lalo na sa mahahabang byahe.

Exercise improves the body's natural ability to adapt to different weather conditions. We can leave a tropical country and very well land in a snowing country.

  • Ang ehersisyo ay mabuting pantulong sa paggawa ng mahaba at maayos na tulog. Ang oras ng aming hanap-buhay ay paiba-iba at gawa ng ibat-ibang "time zone" maaari kaming umalis sa isang bansa ng umaga, at dumating sa destinasyong bansa ng umaga pa din matapos ang mahabang byahe. Dahil dito, higit na mas mahirap ang magkaroon ng maayos na tulog ng walang ehersisyo.

Exercise can aide in getting enough and peaceful sleep. The time zone makes it possible to leave the country of departure in the morning, and land in the country of destination also in the morning. This makes it more challenging to get good sleep. Regular exercise after work helps.
