From our busy schedule we can't manage make time for us. As a result we got fat day by day. And many of us haven't got that much time for going to gym. But we need to stay fit. So guys I'm sharing some tips so you can lose some of your calories daily.

• Try to avoid oily food
• Try to eat less chocolate/ ice cream
• Try to eat fruit salad or vegetables on your lunch and dinner.
• Eat boiled egg on breakfast.
• Avoid sugary drinks.
• Don't eat at front of your TV or PC.
• Try to do some workout at least for 30 minutes.
• Try to sleep early.
• Use stairs instead of elevator.
• Try to do some yoga.
• Cut sugars from your food.
• Eat your food slowly.
• Drink water a half hour before your meal.
