Living Healthy: What is a healthy way of life?

What do you know about a healthy lifestyle? It is a matter of health and disease, sports achievement or good form, always comes to phrases such as "healthy lifestyle" and "healthy eating". Are they just words or do they have any profound meaning? What does "healthy lifestyle" mean? It is the organization of your everyday life and your overall life in a way that is as close as possible to your body's needs so that it functions optimally and displays the full potential given to it by nature.

Today most people do not even think about it. The lack of time, the urgency and the stress, the inadequate sleep, the bite and overeating, the work, the physical and psychological stresses, the hyperactivity and the immobility, the tendency to accumulate ruining emotions, cigarettes, alcohol and medication - away from the needs of your body and the conditions for it to be healthy and vital. Rather, they gradually and surely drag imbalances, disorders, disabilities, and diseases of the living systems and organs. To resist these destructive tendencies, it takes desire, effort, and perseverance to achieve a complete reorganization of your life. Only you can do it. What are the main elements of a healthy lifestyle? The rhythm of basic vital activities, largely coinciding with the natural biological rhythms of your body. You will achieve it as you watch for a while - when you are most active, when you are asleep, when you wake up without a clock, when you need food and how often, and keep fit with your daily regime. If your 24-hour schedule follows your natural rhythm, you will not overload your body, but make the most of its peak and restfully when its vital activity is weakest. Try to sleep between seven and eight hours a night.

It must have a minimum of processing. White refined products have lost a significant part of the important nutrients. Semifinished and ready-made foods have many trans fats, sugar and salt, added synthetic improvers, etc. They contain many calories, a little useful and very harmful substances. So eat more fresh produce, vegetables, and fruits.

Even at home, you can turn the fresh food into harmful - with frying, toasting, salting, overburdening with spicy spices that irritate the gastrointestinal tract and the liver.

I have struggled to remain healthy. Or at least, as healthy as I believe I should be. To me my most recent attempts seem to be paying off. My new approach is simplicity -- pure and simple living. Simple diet - eating simple foods. What about fitness, I exercise to clear my head doing activities I enjoy -- cycling/tennis/ hiking. There is no magic bullet in a topic as vast and complex as healthy living. But, for me I only could get started on my way to my ideal body/self/life once I eliminated the noise --- and made it simple.

Yes, this is one way to do it, is important everyone to find the peace and what is comfortable to do. Glad you find the way to stay healthy and exercise. Keep it up @bek

Two things people miss are cleansing and healing the pineal gland which regulates sleep and digestion and cleansing and healing your "gut" which will help you absorb the nutrients the body needs.

whats a good way to cleanse pineal gland?

Boron is a naturally occurring mineral which can be found in a number of foods. I think broccoli and kale are suppose to be some of the best.

Just taking boron itself works as well. You can find it in almost any multi-mineral supplement.

And as crazy as it may sound, 20 Mule Team Borax is pure sodium tetraborate aka boron.

There are a number of YouTube videos about its use.

I started by mixing a small amount (1/8 of a teaspoon) in one liter of water which I sipped throughout the day and within a couple of days the arthritis or carpal tunnel in my wrist went away, I started sleeping through the night and within a couple of weeks my eyesight got better.

The other thing you MUST do is STOP using anything containing fluoride. Fluoride is a neurotoxin and waste by-product created during the fertilizer manufacturing process. It is known to attack and calcify the pineal gland causing it to become ineffective.

The Soviet Union gave it to the prisoners in the gulags to keep them complacent after WW2.

The pineal gland (which looks like a pine cone when healthy) is such an important part of the human experience that it can be found in one of the fountains in front of the Vatican as well as on one of the staffs the pope carries.
