exclusive breastfeeding
Breast milk is a source of nutrition that is needed by the baby. Newborns are in dire need of breastmilk for growth because it contains lots of protein so it is very useful as an antibody that can help to prevent infection.
Newborn mother is strongly recommended to directly give exclusive breastfeeding because the first milk out still contain kolumbrum yellowish which is very useful for growing babies. Exclusive breastfeeding should be given until the age of 6 first childbirth without any complementary food.
The benefits of breastfeeding, among others, can boost the baby's immunity, practically in its gift, in a state that is always sterile, and at no cost, can establish affection between mother and baby, prevent bleeding in postpartum, prevent breast cancer.
