Sugar and salt are now known as the two most dangerous items to consume. Whether it is obesity, depression or gangrene, these items seem to be the core reason. If you are planning to quit sugar, make sure you give up on refined and added sugar or consume them in moderate quantity. You can load up on natural sugars in the form of fruits and dairy products to ensure a healthy body. It is best to avoid refined sugar and added sugar. The most common sources of added sugars include soft drinks, cakes, pies, chocolate, fruit drinks and desserts.
