Every year millions of people die of drying around kidney in trouble. The body is a very important organ of kidney. But many of us don't know how to take the proper care of it, how to avoid kidney damage to everyday life.

In everyday life, we do a lot of things that can cause damage to kidney. Let's not know what 10 reasons.

  1. Not drinking enough water-
    The most common reason for the loss of kidney every day is to not drink enough water.
