 1) a glass (or 2) of water 15 minutes before each meal.

2) The water norm for the day is 1.5 - 2 liters (the norm of water is green tea is not sweet)

3) Harmful / high-calorie can be allowed only until 12 noon.

4) All side dishes from the diet should be replaced only with vegetables. 


5) Prohibited all the nasty stuff like sausages, sausages and tp. Harms both the figure and health.
