we generally see that people are worry for weight problem and obesity so i discuss some tips for weight loss .

  1. Drink water especially before meal.
  2. Use Green Tea : - Green Tea helps to reduce weight
  3. coffee :- Especially black coffee , it is fact that caffeine is present in coffee increase our metabolism and burn fat so it is helpful for reduce weight.
  4. Eat more fiber food
  5. complete sleep.
  6. do exercise everyday.
  7. beat your food addiction habit
  8. take less carbs product
