I am not watching the Olympia but, i think my friend Annette Milbers is showing! She helped me pose for this pic. Which was taken by David Ford LOL....it's fun to look back. It's great to be were i am. And, the future is fun to imagine.

What division does your friend compete in? There are so many now and do you know how she did?
And yes you are right even if the old bod ain't what it used to be it is nice to have the pictures and memories!
