Dammit!
While I can see the need to protect the public in the event this service is not safe, this really is a solution in search of a problem.
Cutting out middlemen, putting the profit in the hands of the farmers, and providing local and organic produce directly to the people who want it is the way things used to be done.
Would be so good to return to that without the govern-cement screwing it all up.

The gov. and their "regulators" don't like that kind of talk. What will all those poor gov. "servants" do then? You want these decent folks standing @ the unemployment line?

Find real jobs and contribute! Pour money into enabling small business.
Maybe get into food growing or start their own small business so they can see what it is like.
Now I feel like an armchair quarterback.
