EVERY WOMAN'S SECRET

in #health6 years ago

The woman's body is special because every woman's system is different; unique. There are lots of details when it comes to taking care of our bodies and as rigorous as they may seem, they are just as important for maintaining good personal hygiene and a healthy body. From our weight, to our skin colors, our hair, our reproductive systems and all other body organs, there is always so much to care for. Therefore, the need to stay healthy, cannot be overemphasized. These tips will certainly make living a healthy life much easier, as they are quite enlightening.

  • Nutrition and Fitness

It is no secret that what we consume, play a huge role in our health. Watching our diets and exercising isn't just to achieve those body goals and maintain the perfect body, but also to ensure our internal organs are properly taken care of, and in good shape too. First of, be accountable for the food you eat daily. You also have to be careful about the number of calories you take in. Before you open that pack of processed food, you may need to check the nutrients table. See if it is doing more harm than good- our bets are on the former. Ditch trigger foods that could appeal to your pleasure hormones and send you on a binge-spree. We do not want to be digging early graves with our hands.

Exercise regularly. Again, it isn't just about the toned abs and firm arms. Of course, those are great perks but exercises are like lubricating oil for the body engine and they do a lot of good. Cardios, weight lifts and regular home workouts would go a long way in keeping you fit and healthy. Remember, no pain; no gain.

  • Sex

This isn't just about intercourse, but also about your delicate feminine area. You need to keep that place as clean as possible, and be on guard for any irregularities like pains, unusual sensations, etcetera. Sometimes, these are not really serious conditions. However, it wouldn't be an overreaction if you decided to see a gynecologist just to find out why your discharge is brown. In fact, regular visits to your gynecologist is recommended.

Make sure to practise good hygiene down there. Wash your vagina regularly with water and mild soap (with recommended pH balance, of course). Avoid wet and sweaty bottoms, wipe after every visit to the ladies' and when on your period, change sanitary products frequently. It is recommended to change sanitary pad every 4 hours.

Loose and breathable undies are definitely better than tight and uncomfortable ones. You definitely want your vagina to get as much air as possible so you may try sleeping without undies. Kegel exercise is advisable, to help strengthen your pelvic wall and tighten your vagina muscles.

Diet is also significant when it comes to keeping your reproductive system healthy. Nuts, strawberries, chocolates, asparagus, etcetera, are wonderful for your vagina. These meals contain supplements like zinc, selenium, vitamin E, Folic acid and some minerals which help boost your libido and estrogen level, in general. Also, yoga keeps you flexible and great in bed for your significant other. Go get that mat now!
