What You Need for a face pack :
raw rice and milk
Procedure :
Grind the raw rice into a fine powder and mix with milk to form a paste. Apply this paste on your skin and leave it for 20-30 minutes. Then wash with warm water.

That is interesting. I may have read about that before. What is the difference of applying it and ingesting it?
As you already know these :
