Awesome post! I truly believe that Pranayama, and learning to breath properly is one of the most important things people can learn today that has the most benefits. It decreases stress and anxiety, calms the body and the mind, and can give you so much more energy where you're feeling tired or depleted. And by learning to breath more deeply, into our diaphragms we make our overall breathing much more effective -- which means less losing our breath and more energy and stamina in our day-to-day lives. I have nothing but positive things to say about breathing!! Thank you so much for sharing this practice!
