Hello friends, again in the emotion of this contest, I found it interesting to share this form as I release the stres, as a family, exercising with my nephews and teaching them from an early age the importance of physical activity for physical and mental health.

It is the ideal time in childhood to instill healthy habits in our children. If they normalize physical activity as a family, they will most likely be lifelong athletes.

Nothing truer than 'healthy mind in healthy body'. A premise that is strengthened in the first years of life, when the cognitive and physical-social development of children advances by leaps and bounds. At this point supports are requiredas recreation, play and exercise to energize that integral growth.

In early childhood (0 to 6 years), the promoters of exercise, or physical activity, undoubtedly are the parents, family or caregivers of children, who take them to spaces conducive to initiate contact with healthy practices .
