Go u! I try to remind my self to go it more even in short bursts
When I did my teacher training my yoga teacher insisted on 5 times a day lol... and one of her teacher gurus would do it on every spare moment.. him and his wife sitting in the corner with NS whilst every one buzzed about. What discipline!!
