Health Benefits of OKRA :

  • Okra has lots of nutrients that is beneficial to our body.
  • Okra is another source of calcium and magnesium that helps us to have healthy bones.
  • Okra also helps our muscle and nerve-signal to function well.
  • Okra is high in fiber. It is said to be good for our digestive health.
  • Okra helps prevent diabetes. Drinking okra water in the morning helps maintain blood sugar level. All you need to do is, cut two okra off their ends then place it inside the glass full of water. Cover it. Do it at night and drink it in the morning. Make sure to take off the okra pods before drinking. It is best if you do it regularly.
