Nice question. Its good to know that people still try to do things the natural way. Stretch marks are lines or strips that form on the skin due to excessive stretching of it. This could be due to excessive weight gain or pregnancy. Now the problem is that you can't truly get rid of stretch marks but they get lighter with time and after a while they will be almost the same color as your skin tone. So after giving birth,, the first thing to do is start exercising.


During pregnancy, the muscles in the stomach are stretched by the womb as the baby grows. Also you add weight due to the increased food intake. This all leads to the formation of stretch marks on the skin. So to get rid of them, the first step is to exercise and get your stomach muscles back in shape and also to lose the fat thats stretching your skin. By doing this, you are removing the things that are causing distension in the skin. It will not remove the stretch marks but it will reduce their width.

Next you'll have to apply oils to the stretch marks. There are numerous oils that can do the trick seeing as oils help to rejuvenate and exfoliate the skin. You have castor oil, olive oil, vitamin E oil. You can also use aloe vera, honey, egg white, honey, shea butter or lemon juice. To use them, all you have to do is apply on the stretch marks for 15 minutes then wash with lukewarm water. By exercising and doing this, the stretch marks will be all but gone in a few months
