Persevere in Faith
Today messages abound that are not fully included in the Word of God, but are human ideologies that pursue personal benefits.
We are warned about these kinds of things in various scripture quotes and told what our attitude should be about it.
"Beloved, this is the second letter that I am writing to you, and in both I awake with exhortation your clean understanding, so that you may remember the words that were previously spoken by the holy prophets, and the commandment of the Lord and Savior given by your apostles ;"
2 Peter 3: 1-2
The Word teaches us that: "But evil men and deceivers will go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived."2 Timothy 3:13. Therefore, it is very important that we know the Scriptures well in order to Discern what is not of God.
We are called to remain firm in the Healthy Faith that is based on the Word of God, if we do that we will avoid deviating from the path of truth.
"But you persist in what you have learned and persuaded yourself, knowing from whom you have learned;"2 Timothy 3:14
