Barkilyos are like wafer sticks or crispy ice cream cones. It is sweet and has real crispy texture. It is like a tube. This is one of my favorite snacks. Here in Antipolo it is flavored with Cashew and called Torones de Kasoy. Instead of flour, powederized cashews are used. You can taste Cashew in this delicacy. Putting it in barkilyos gives it a nice twist
