Hi Steemians,
Please permit me to use my account to seek help for a friend @kevaton . The following words will be that of @kevaton :
My account keep receiving the error message "bandwith exceeded please waith to transact or power up"

This restriction has prevented me from posting, upvoting, claiming of rewards and posting of comments.
How can I possibly fix this error and move forward?
