    I'm still new to steemit myself but you can add profile picture in the settings. You have to add the image url and you can for example download lightshot and upload a picture of your choice to their site and then add that url to profile picture box.

    Yes it is! It's the best screenshot software that there is imo

      Here is easier way: upload your picture to photo hosting site such as imgur or prnts and then right click on the picture, open in new tab, copy url, paste it into settings and save :)
