Have you thought about creating another service for all the players? I was thinking a Beempy 2.0, where all the data from previous games is being analyzed, creating suggestions of good teams for each ruleset variation. In stage 1 this could be just an external tool, which has to be manually looked through. In stage 2 it could connect to the game and automatically show the right suggestions, either on the external tool or even some sorts of game HUD. I am sure there is money in it in various ways.
I had some thought of doing something like that last fall when I was three- and four-tabling a bunch of accounts on my own - setting up an alternative front end that supported mutlitabling and automatically populated battles with the last team you used for that ruleset/daily, so you could change them if you wanted to but if not just hit go.
Like a lot of things that got hung up on me being 20 years behind on web programming and kind of dreading trying to catch up. The nice thing about Ottermaker and Herons is that they're all back end, although they'll probably evolve out of that eventually.
