There are many things that can be done and not a single person should be frowned upon for taking actions so as to ensure the coming changes are not as disruptive or "negative" as expected by many out there.
The funny thing is everyone is playing the blame game and only few are looking for possible means of making things work! Still waiting for the flip in price stability and bring back lost investors

What investors?
I don't see too many people going anywhere as far as those who hold a large stake go.
A very large number of them have in fact invested into the commercial marketing services available on Steem.
While I do have to admit, many of the people who were converting their time and effort into Steem, mostly via posts, some via games have definitely reduced in numbers.
What all are the reasons for this are all debatable, yet the fact remains that those using the Steem ecosystem to earn Steem have dropped dramatically.
While the people who invested their funds (fiat or crpyto) and purchased their Steem are not really going anywhere.
So I don't really see the need to bring back anyone who is already here, but maybe brainstorm around the means to attract new investors who can likewise see the potential to capitalize with Staked Steem.
Price is the number one thing that attracts investors and increasing earnings steem Inc dumping about 800k monthly in the market is not help the price as most investors hasn't even realized any money from their investment and start seeing the price going down, not just that their earning also reduces as the price drops cos the price feeds also affects the price earned on post that's why payout reduces

Maybe the lower prices shall open the doors to more middle class investors hence diversifying Steem to a broader spectrum of owners.
So when one investor decides to leave and invest elsewhere it won't be noticed.
This will be = stability.
While those who convert their time and knowledge via the means available to acquire the Steem build up a market that makes Steem (the currency) attractive to those who could possibly integrate it into their lines of income/business.

Yea and the scot tribes just made it more interesting and lively, although it will divert some of the investment going to steem but it will reduce the qty of steem sold out daily on other exchanges, u can also grab a little of our community token as we plan to build a sink for traders only and also held in burning some steem

Waiting for the SMTs

SMT shouldnt be like the coming of Christ, many of our community left before we could secure a token to bind us token while we where waiting for SMT, steem-engine is doing a great work preparing our mind for SMT
