Think You Got Skillz? [Hip Hop Battle Series]

We have been giving serious consideration to bring back our esteemed Hip Hop Battle Series TYGS aka "Think You Got Skillz?". In fact, we're now moving in the direction to get everything set up for its return and i wanted to just share with you the highlights of what we achieved between 2008 and 2014 here in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Our last official Battle Series was back in June of 2014. I'm not sure exactly why we took such an extended break but as other platforms like Raising The Bar came into being at least the "platform" void would be filled. We had a great 6 year run from our humble beginnings at Cloth & Clef to our 5 Element battle that closed the last two years of the event series.

I'd need to install my old hard drive to bring up some of the quality photos, so instead I'll just show one from our Facebook Page and link a video below! Have a look and let us know if you think we should carry on the tradition!?!

This post is mainly just a teaser and to show some of the work I've been involved in here in Malaysia over the last 10+ years. It's been an amazing journey and I now see some really good possibilities with bringing back TYGS in a new and improved format to provide that Battle platform that people have been missing out on!

I guess it's safe to leak out that we'll be collaborating with @hhtb to re-launch the platform first in Malaysia and then anywhere else people want to participate! So stay tuned for more updates and if you want to support the initiative just drop a comment, resteem, upvote and holla!
