Do you have outstanding people skills? Are you quick to offer advice when someone need help? Would you like a paid position working for the betterment of freelancing on the Steem Blockchain?
If you answered yes to these questions, we may have a spot for you on the team!
The Steem Freelancer's Guild is looking for two members to help manage our Discord server!
Position:
- Discord Moderator
Requirements:
- A general knowledge of how Discord works, what #steemgigs is, how the guild works, and the "next steps" for new members.
- A willingness to lend advice or guidance to anyone who graces our server.
- Must be an SFG member
Responsibilities:
- Welcome new people to the server and be ready to answer any questions they may have.
- Guiding any user who seeks help in joining the guild.
- Managing post promotion channels.
- Role & Label management of members/partners.
Payment:
- As per the SFG budget allocation, 5% of all funds gathered in the "profit pool" will be paid out to moderators. This 5% is a sub-pool for all moderators. If we can get the job done with only 2, each will earn 2.5% of guild profits for their work, paid out every Friday.
