Grimbold was born in Rohan in the middle earth of Tolkien. Although Grimbold is a low-ranking commander, he is quite successful. Grimbold participated in the battle of Helms Deep and defended his king. Grimbold then joined the battle of the Pelennor Meadows. But Grimbold was killed by the Orcs during the war.
