But Gollum escaped from Mirkwood. Legolas went to Rivendell to report this escape. Here Legolas attended the meeting on the ring of power. And Legolas joined the ring brotherhood. And Gimli is the best friend of Legolas in the brotherhood. After the ring was destroyed, Legolas and Gimli traveled for a while in the middle earth. After Aragorn died, Legolas and Gimli went to immortal lands.
