Ostoher was born in 222 of the third age in the middle eart of Tolkien. Ostoher is the seventh king of Gondor. Ostoher invested heavily in the architectural space Gondor. And Ostoher rebuilt the city of Minas Anor. Meanwhile, Eastern people attacked Gondor. Ostoher died during this war. And Ostoher didn't see the war winning.
