GENORT ROHR STRATEGISES AHEAD OF AFCON QUALIFIER
Genort Rohr plans to invite new players to the Super Eagles ahead of the 2021 AFCON qualifier clash with Sierra Leone at the Stephen Keshi stadium Asaba on 31 March 2020.
The manager revealed that some players had sustained an injury and this may move him to invite new players ahead of the clash with the Sierra Leone side in March.
He confirmed that most of the players have recovered from their injuries but it would not be a good move to rely solely on them. Reports say the numerous interest shown by many Nigerian footballers oversees has left the coach confused on the player to invite.
Genort Rohr is still contemplating whether to forget about those plays abroad and focus on the crop of players he currently has.
Rohr is expected to release the line up for the match in the first week of March.
The Super Eagles currently top the group with six points having defeated Benin republic and Lesotho.
