In order to increase the commitment to implementing public information disclosure as an embodiment of the mandate of Law number 14 of 2008 concerning public information disclosure, the Bireuen Communication, Informatics and Cryptography Service (Diskominsa), Tuesday (23/4/2024) held a monitoring and evaluation outreach with all SKPK is located in the Diskominsa hall.

The monitoring and evaluation socialization meeting was attended by 53 SKPKs ranging from agencies, agencies, offices and Aceh Special Institutions as well as sub-districts within the Bireuen Regency Government.

Head of the Bireuen Diskominsa M Zubair SH MH when opening the activity, among other things, said that the monitoring and evaluation outreach was carried out to monitor the quality of the implementation of public information disclosure in public bodies within the Bireuen Regency Government in order to create good governance.

Apart from that, it is also so that the public can know the progress of implementing government programs in accordance with the plans outlined in the RPJM and the respective SKPK plans.

During the socialization, a Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) was also distributed to be filled in by each person in charge of the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) for each SKPK in accordance with Regent's Decree number 421 of 2020.

Zubair explained that this activity was carried out at the same time as a ranking of the implementation of the Public Information Openness law in Public Bodies in the Bireuen Regency Government.

The ranking assessment of the implementation of Public Information Openness is an effort to motivate SKPK to carry out the mandate of the Public Information Openness law.

SKPKs who get the best score after being assessed by Diskominsa in collaboration with the Aceh Information Commission will be given an award. The award in question will be presented at a national holiday ceremony which is expected to be in early September.

The implementation of this socialization was enthusiastically attended by the PPID person in charge of each SKPK as evidenced by the many questions on how to fill out the questionnaire to get the best score.
