Bireuen Government Distributes Panic Aid to Fire Victims in Seuneubok Peulimbang.

The Government of Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province, through the Social Service, distributed panic aid to fire victims in Seuneubok Peulimbang Village, Peulimbang District, Bireuen, Monday, 29/04/2024.

The aid was handed over to the victim and accompanied by his family, Salbiah's house caught fire on Sunday, 28/04/2024, at around 17.00. WIB, in this accident, Salbiah suffered burns and received treatment at the local health center.

The aid distributed is in the form of food, clothing and other necessities. The aid was delivered directly to the victim's house, local village officials were also present during the distribution process and witnessed by the local community.

The Bireuen Social Service, through the Head of the Bireuen Disaster Preparedness Cadet Coordinator, Zulfikar, said that this assistance was a form of government concern for disaster victims. We hope that this assistance can ease the burden on the victims and their families.

"We also hope that with this assistance, it will be used as well as possible and the impact of the fire will be somewhat resolved," he said.

As previously reported, a fire disaster occurred in Seuneubok Peulimbang Village, Peulimbang District, Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province, Sunday, 28/04/2024. One house unit caught fire, the kitchen and its contents were destroyed by the fire.

The accident occurred at around 17.00. WIB, this resulted in one victim suffering from burns. The burn victim was named Salbiah (44 years old), she lived in the house with her six children.

According to information, the fire came from a stove that exploded, the fire quickly broke out and burned down the kitchen. Two fire fleet units from the Simpang Mamplam Bireuen Post were deployed to the scene to extinguish the fire.

One motorbike belonging to the victim also caught fire. In this accident, Salbiah suffered burns, the victim was immediately rushed to the local health center for treatment.
