They preferred to sit and use the old systems which they believe were more secure and good for them.

Yes,Still they thinking Blockchain Technology having lot of risks on Traditional Systems. But reality is another stuff. They dont know knowledge on This Technology. Thats why hesitate to adopting .

    Yes I think the technical know how is still a big factor in the refusal of our world leaders. This might be that is because they are old people who have little or no knowledge about technology that is why.
