Now before further or do, let's move into the homework task .

What is PoB? What does curation mean to you in Steem Blockchain? What are the benefits of building SP? How do you explain self-upvote as a good or bad social behavior & why? WHAT IS POB

There are several acronyms in the stern world, and POB isn't left out, now POB is the short term of Proof Of Brain, and it is a protocol observed in the steemit Blockchain in order to detect unique authors or writers who take out time to put out great contents without any form of plagiarism, and are curated based on their outputs.
And for the POB process to be successfully carried out, it involves both the authors work, curators as well as curation.
As we know the Steemit platform has been portrayed as a Decentralized new school social media of our time due to its ability to reward outstanding authors for well written and productive contents, as well as very interactive with participators all around the world and I'm sure you can also agree with that it has lots of advantages as opposed to other regular social media platforms, which authors with content are not rewarded, but that's not the case here in the Steemit Empire, where we enjoy being in the blockchain, socialize, create contents and rewarded accordingly.

The whole and main concept of the POB formation is to reward exceptional content creators aka. Authors, and just to be reminded these rewards don't just appear in the authors account but there are some unique individuals behind the scene who are behind these happenings.
Rewards are gotten from what is called the Reward Pool where coins are minted for the POB purpose, and due to the POB percentage shares, but the authors as well as the curators gets their rewards.

The POB initiative has done an outstanding job in the Steemit platform by bringing out the best amongst content creators in the industries, causing them to write good contents thereby increasing the overall quality of the platform.
And the better the contents from authors the better the rewards from Curators.

What does curation mean to you in STEEM Blockchain

I would say, that curation is the act of Curators upvoting or down-voting contents written by authors, though it defined it in a very short term but Curation goes way beyond this.

Even after the professors have gone through assignments and given their scores, the Curators still take their time as well to still carry out some accessment such as the content quality, impact quality, as well as grading guidelines with a series of checks here and there before carrying out curations

And advised by professor @sapwood, if a content adds value to people's life, we can do well to resteem in order to spread the information wider, and on the other hand if the content happens to be a plagiarized, then we are meant to indicate that in the post and let the community know the existence of such harmful content.

And lastly as a content creator myself, in other to support other Authors, I also need to upvote good content as a means of promoting good works in my own little way.

What Are The Benefits of Building SP

SP is a short form for STEEM Power, and building our Steem power in the Steemit platform has a lot to do with one's journey so far as well as progress in the Steem Blockchain, and here's why.

1. The more your SP, the more your voting power, which in turns leads to more rewards on curations.
2. More SP increases ones influence on the platform which in turn can help you manage a community and also make you have lots of followers.
3. Building SP also helps to gain TRX rewards as well, amazing right.
4. Higher SP enables one to receive a 15% rewards from the system, in other words attract some favour from the system.
5. Also as a content writer or author, higher SP makes one eligible to be in any of the levels in the cryptoacademy.

Building Steem Power and possessing a reasonable amount of SP has several advantages in the Steemit platform, and sure creates the pathway to a successful steemit career.

How do you explain self upvote as a good or bad social behaviour and why?

Self-upvote is a process in which an author upvote his/her content on the Steem Blockchain in order to gain rewards, and this is a bad social behaviour.
The whole idea of writing content on this platform is for other people to learn and gain value from, and at the same time give their upvotes if they like your contents, so for one upvoting his/her content is surely a bad behaviour and here's why.

1. Both the author and Curators are meant to have a certain percentage from an upvote, but if an author chooses to upvote their post, that means they would receive both the author and Curators percentage from the awards, which is bad for the Steem economic growth.
2. It destroys the whole social concept of the Steemit platform
3. This act surely will destroy the POB(proof of brain) activities and contribution in the platform
4. The Concept of quality content will be destroyed, since an author can upvote themselves, laziness to produce quality will be abandoned
5. If not discouraged can ruin the Steemit system in the long run.

What are the different tokens you earn by socializing in Steem Blockchain?

There are 4 major tokens one can earn by socializing in the Steem Blockchain, and will be highlighted below.

1. STEEM BACKED DOLLAR : - The Steem Backed Dollar also known as "SBD" is an adopted stable coin by the Steem Blockchain used in regulating market volatility, 1 SBD is equivalent to 1 US Dollar.
   In order to withdraw ones SBD to one's own native currency, you must first convert it to bitcoin or Steem, then convert to fiat currency of your choice, and the SBD can also be exchanged for Steem power

2. STEEM : - The Steem is acknowledged as the cryptocurrency of the Steemit Blockchain in which the two other token on the Steem Blockchain derive function from or are dependant on which are the SBD & SP, and can be traded in Crypto exchange market.

3. STEEM POWER: - Whenever we hear of SP which is also known as Steem Power, it stands for influential Strength in the Steem Blockchain, and the possession of this token symbolises kind of influence one can have in the platform.
   Whenever we are upvoted by someone with a high SP, we tend to get awesome rewards, and even without SP one cannot place a vote, either positive or negative.
   Whenever we 'power up', we tend to increase our SP strength, but whenever we do the opposite which is 'power down' means you want to exchange it for Steem coin.

1. TRON (TRX): - The TRX I would say is a bonus token we earn in addition to Steem Power as a reward from each post or content we create on the platform.
   The platform awards 1 TRX for 1 SP earned and this award is only for Steem power.

In Conclusion

I have been able to successfully answer the questions given by our outstanding professor @sapwood, in the best way possible, and at the same time used the opportunity to remind myself of the wonderful advantages of building SP as well as other advantages the Steemit Blockchain has to offer hardworking content creators.
