FLEES

In our life as a Christian we are going to be faced with many temptations as we live in a world ruled by the prince of darkness. The bible tells us that one day Jesus our Lord was tempted by this enemy and one of these temptations was: all this I will give you (kingdoms, wealth and fame), because they have been given to me and to whom I want them. I'll give if you just stand in front of me and adore me. Said Satan.

The divine response and knew, reminding Satan of the power of the word and the first holy commandment, was this: go Satan because you will worship Jehovah your God and you will only serve Him, and the devil left his presence.
So who is the ruler of this world? Obviously it is Satan, he will always put us temptations, the stone in the way to stumble. The book of James teaches us: resist the devil and he will flee from us. So by the faith of Jesus and the authority of the Holy Spirit the enemy will always be defeated. There are times when in the wisdom of God we turn away from temptations and we have to flee from them.

In the book of Genesis we find Joseph son of Jacob and Rachel, being as a slave in Egypt, the wife of his master Potiphar captain of the Pharaoh's guard, was seducing him every day since Joseph was a young man with a beautiful countenance (says writing); And all the time he tempted him, José was a man like you and me with the same weaknesses and emotions, but what was the wise and fearful secret of this young man? The fear of Jehovah God, who in the strongest moment of temptation in his life as a man when the woman strongly seduced him that even led him to hug him and take off part of his clothes, Joseph ran away, that is, he fled from the temptation . If this young man had stayed still, he would have fallen into this snare, but the wisest thing about him was that he fled, because fear and love for his God made him brave.
Joseph was a brave and God-fearing man who later after all these tests the pharaoh king of Egypt placed him as the most important man in the entire empire after pharaoh that is, the ruler of all Egypt.
