A Call For Service

This also happens in the Christian life, many long to reach positions where others serve them, forgetting that a call from God is rather a call to serve, to help, to sow and surely they will have the pay for it because the bible He says that every worker is worthy of his salary, but we must understand that that should not be what moves us, but the love and passion of God's call.

Hebrews 5
1 For every high priest taken from among men is appointed in favor of men as far as God is concerned, so that he may present offerings and sacrifices for sins;
2 to be patient with the ignorant and lost, since he too is surrounded by weakness;
3 and for her sake he must offer for sins, both for himself and for the people.
4 And no one takes this honor to himself except he who is called by God, as Aaron was.

Every person that God calls is to be used in favor of others, not for his own welfare, although this would be a cause and effect because no one who works for God will do it in vain. So we should not take a position to feel more than others when what God wants is that we serve, support and educate others in his love.

As humans we are not exempt from suffering the same as others, we are surrounded by weakness, and we can at any moment be tempted and fall, therefore let us present ourselves in front of others with kindness, with patience and mercy, compassion, without judging, without pointing. Willing to be part of the restoration of those who have fallen, be support to lift them up and encourage them to start again. Well, that same mercy that we practice today can be used in our favor tomorrow.

Let us be diligent, worthy instruments of the Lord for every good work.
