"You will faint from everything, you and also this people who are with you, because the work is too heavy for you; you will not be able to do it alone" (Exodus 18:18)

Former United States President Ronald Reagan said: "Surround yourself with the most competent people you can get, delegate authority, and don't interfere." However, in our desire to serve God we accept responsibilities that "are too heavy for us." Moses spent every minute of the day listening to complaints from an endless queue of people. Until his father-in-law told him: "You will faint completely, you and also this people who are with you..." And I recommend that he appoint leaders, ".... Thus your burden will be lightened, because they will carry it with you" ( Exodus 18:22). It was a satisfactory solution for everyone: on the one hand, people received help faster; on the other, Moses could dedicate himself to being a better leader.
If you feel overwhelmed, maybe you are doing more than what God asks of you. Pray about the tasks at hand, so that neither you nor those around you miss out on God's best. Let's learn to delegate let go of the burdens that God never wanted you to carry and direct all your efforts to those who have been called.
Success at delegating is not measured by how you delegate, whom you delegate to, or how often you delegate. Delegating effectively is not only adding success to your achievements, but multiplying them. In most cases, not delegating effectively will slow down your development.
Delegation is more than just transferring work. It means involving others in the responsibility for the results, giving someone else the freedom to make decisions on how to achieve those results. means release
Let's review some tips that we must follow to delegate effectively.
1-Select the right person for the job.
2Give enough information
3assign the complete work of an area to one person and give them all the responsibility. Knowing that responsibility is not delegated.
4Focus on results, not progress.
5 Delegate through dialogue.
6 Set times and limits based on responsibility
7 Set dates for review.
8 Provide positive and constructive feedback
9 Provide the necessary resources
10 Offers guidance and advice without interfering.
*11 Set the parameters, conditions and terms before delegating.
12 Don't let them delegate the work back to you.
13Give full credit and recognition to the.person who completes the work. Knowing that first of all it is God why he gives the direction.

God bless you greatly
