Being people who are subject to authority is not being submissive or weak, it is complying with what God has established in his word, being trustworthy, prudent people, where those who lead us to their charge feel pleased, this is what that the bible speaks to us, it gives us a mandate. The indication is that we be encouraged in this.
We are urged to be loyal, faithful, and not disappoint others, because through each of these things, the gospel of Jesus will be exalted.

We are called to adorn the doctrine of God, and we can only do this through our behavior, observe how important is the way we walk and show ourselves to others.

Our way of being is called to be an ornament. In the gospel of Jesus, an ornament is that which allows something to look beautiful, to be admired by others.

It is the moment when others see God through you, in your work, in your place of study, than people above. You in authority or subject to you, see the difference between the one who serves God and the one who does not. Let us give recognition to our authorities, respect and fidelity, because if we do it here it means that we will also do it with our God.
The purpose of this exhortation is that we can be one of those who allow others to see the beauty of the gospel, that others can see the wonderful work that God can do with each one.

God is just, good and merciful, and if we must show it and also we must try as much as possible to be before others, so that the name of God is glorified at all times.
