📢 Attention, Everyone: Important Announcements!
Greetings, everyone! We hope you're all doing well and staying healthy. As you know, our community is currently eligible for booming support tier-2, allowing us to submit four posts daily for this purpose. To ensure fairness and for the betterment of our community, we've decided that from now on, no moderator or admin will be selected for more than one booming vote per week from this community.
We've come up with a solution where each moderator will nominate one of his posts from the Steem4Bloggers community for booming support on his moderation day. The remaining three nominations will be for other users' posts. No moderator or admin will nominate another moderator or admin for booming in his report. This approach will ensure that community members receive the maximum booming support, and moderators will get a decent reward for their efforts.
Another important point is that from now on, the community account will only be used within the Steem4Bloggers community, meaning it will only curate posts from within. Each moderator is responsible for curating the posts they moderate using the community account, with voting power ranging from 20-60% depending on post quality. Moderators can moderate from their own accounts as well, but they must curate all the posts they moderated on their designated moderation day using the community account.
Moreover, we've also noticed a lack of engagement within the community. Often, users post their content but don’t engage with others' posts. We request all community members that if you want this community to progress further and be included in the list of tier-1 communities, then you should make at least 5 relevant comments on a daily basis, and each comment should be at least 50 words long. Ensure that you upvote at least 10 posts daily so that your Voting CSI remains above 5. And do not let your voting mana bar fall below 80%.
Regarding the use of bid bot services, we’ve started labeling those using them, and they won’t receive community support. Posts with fewer than 300 words will now be checked more thoroughly and won’t get support either; we’ve made some recent changes to our review format that you might have noticed.
These are a few announcements and requests we believe everyone should be aware of to avoid any misunderstandings. This decision will obviously benefit the general users as well. The curation is something that motivates the author in many ways to do some extra for the next time.
