This is the beginning of my life today about my brother's marriage or marriage which is located in Lhoksukon, North Aceh Regency, Aceh Province.

In the past, the nobility held weddings at the bride's house (dara baro) and gave gifts to each other (teu men teuk), from the linto baro family to the dara baro and from the dara baro family to the linto baro and were given in odd amounts.

This is an event at the bride's place for the marriage ceremony which will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2021, in the village of Lhoksukon, North Aceh district, Aceh province.

After the marriage is complete, everyone is welcome to take a photo with the bride and groom to be immortalized because there will be more families after this wedding.

Acehnese traditional house (has a roof decorated with a blow to the wind as is the custom of traditional Acehnese houses). Gold embroidered cloths, consisting of vertical joints of colorful cloth (in Acehnese called tiree), are hung all over the walls.

A few days before this ceremony, the prospective virgin baro performs treatment in order to get a clean body and smooth skin. Seumano is performed by indigenous youths, parents of the bride and groom, and an odd number of relatives. In this bathing ceremony, the reading of purification prayers is carried out, so that the prospective bride and groom enter the marriage stage. Under an umbrella, the prospective dara baro is escorted by traditional leaders to the bathing place while reading the prayers of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

After the photo was finished, we were all invited to eat the dishes provided by the bride's family to honor the guests of the groom's family.
