Now days the world is so computerized thst most people prefer working online than getting employ by company . Some examples of online jobs are listed below;

Offline Job

Offline in another way round of online jobs ,it is a job where by the worker don't need to work with the access of the internet,this jobs deals with the act of physical interaction with individuals. Offline work is a kind of work inwhich the workers are recruited or employed the act of physical interaction with the employee. E.g

• Managers of company
• Civil servants
• Sales boys/girls
• Electricians
• Receptionist etc

Online jobs are the best job a person can actually think of because you can be working while you are at home and it won't actually be stressful all you need to do is stay tune to your smartphone or computers when your service is needed. If you're a kind of mothers in particular it will actually makes you have time for kids and family.

Advantage Of Online jobs

• Working as an online worker can be difficult to stay focused on the tasks you're working on,this can lead to slower productivity.

• As an online worker who's stay stick to his phone or computer can end up having some health issues like he she can end up having issues with he or her sight.

• You can become isolated working from home if you spend the majority of your time by yourself, working independently.

• Due to steady using of the phone and other appliances while working at home this can lead to burns due to steady usage.

• As an online worker who's a mother you en up getting been distracted from your kids in particular.

Advantages Of Offline worker

• Offline workers are the backbone of many industries and they contribute important role to the production and services.

• The offline workers bring a wealth of real world experience and practical knowledge to the table of production.

• As an offline worker you have a less screen time will improve your sleeping habits which will can reduce eyes strain

• Working offline can increase collaboration and teamwork, as employees are able to work together as a team.

• As an offlineworker he or she are expected to work at a specific location and during specific hours.

• As an offline worker he or she will have to commute to and from work,which can be time consuming and expenses.

• Office politics from the manager which maybe not be favorable by you.

• Due to stress on commuting to work and other compact work to be done at the office you may end up developing health issues.

I will basically prefer working home which falls under the features of a online work. Working at home reduces stress and you will be comfortable at your house and you don't have a particular time of working which will really makes you boost the company production. Working at home will makes you spend lesser.
